Terms of Service

General

By using my service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.The commissioned work and its creation process may be posted on my social media, unless you request otherwise in advance.You may publish your ordered commission on external sites if and only if you credit me as the artist and no profit is generated from my work (further under "Commercial Use")All copyrights and intellectual property rights in and to the artwork remain with me. Any transfer of rights requires an explicit written agreement.My works may not be used, in whole or in part, for the creation of NFTs or for training or inclusion in AI databases.My works may not be altered, edited, modified, or traced in any form.Don't claim my work as yours.Please be specific with your order, maybe even provide references / written sheets / detailed descriptions of your wishes. This will help me while working and will fasten the work process.

Payment

The payment will take place via PayPal Invoice or through the integrated payment options of the platforms on which I offer my products and designs.
Please note that if you choose to pay via PayPal invoice, I will require the email address associated with your PayPal account.All payments are to be made in Euros (€). Any exchange fees or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.For payments via PayPal invoice, you have 3 weeks to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this period, the commission will be terminated.My work on your commission will start after I received the payment.
For PayPal invoice payments exceeding €200, the amount will be split into two parts: 50% must be paid before work begins, and the remaining 50% after approval of the sketch I provide. The final artwork will only be completed once full payment has been received.
If there are unexpected delays or hold-ups you will be informed, and in extreme cases you will be offered a refund.

Order and Delivery

All digital products will be delivered in digital form only.
The production time varies on the size of the order and the complexity of the commission.
If I have to cancel your order - which is very unlikely - or you request a refund you will be given back the following amount of the original price back:100% if I terminate the commission66% when only the sketch is done33% later on in the processIf you are looking for an "express" order and want me to rush your commission I will ask for 100% extra of the final price of your order.

Commercial use

Commercial use of my artwork requires an additional fee, the amount of which depends on the intended use. This fee must be discussed and agreed upon with me prior to such use.
